Jeff is an ancient space demon who crashed into earth, killing all of the dinosaurs. Sixty-five million years, he woke up as a Lazer Viking and began his reign of terror as a 60-foot tall monster. Unfortunately, Dr. Shizuma sent his three adopted teenage children to fight Jeff in the giant robot Vodka-Z and shot a shrink ray into Jeff's forehead.

Now he lives out his pitiful life, smoking cigarettes, drinking beer, and drawing.

Jeff recently moved from Pacifica, California, which is near San Francisco and has gone to Chelsea, Michigan, which is near Ann Arbor, where he hopes to get a place to stay in Ann Arbor ASAP (as well as a job.)
